Shibori Linen Fabric Bundle, Indigo Dyed Sampler, for Boro and Patches
These linen Shibori bundles contain 7 fabric pieces from new unused linen, in a natural oatmeal colour which have been dyed with Indigo. Each has been created using different Japanese Shibori resist techniques, including: folding & clamping, stitching & gathering and pole wrapping.
Each bundle contains 7 pieces ranging in size including: 13cm x 20cm (5" x 8") 15cm x 15cm (6" x 6") 23cm x 38cm (9" x 15") 25cm x 25cm (10" x 10")
Some pieces will include the selvedge, but this is additional to the intended measurement.
Each bundle will contain a combination of larger, medium and smaller sizes to choose from depending on which piece suits your project. The linen is 245 gsm and the combined fabric weight for each bundle is approx. 100 g (3.5 oz)
These beautiful pieces are perfect for use in patching or visible mending, to make art or other home DIY projects.
Each bundle contains pieces ranging in sizes such as: 13cm x 20cm (5" x 8") 10cm x 10cm (4" x 4") 8cm x 23cm (3" x 9") 20cm x 20cm (8" x 8") Some pieces will be frayed, but this is not included in the measurements.

Based in Brisbane, Australia, Kirsten Bailey creates beautiful Shibori & Indigo dyed home & fashion accessories from her home studio. Formally trained at The Brisbane Institute of Art, Kirsten's skills take her across many art forms including drawing, design, sculpting, painting, print making and gold and silver smithing. She discovered Shibori and Indigo dyeing in 2015 and is now passionately committed to bringing beautiful hand dyed items into people's homes.
